Although bombing at its time of release, this lesser known Scorsese gem holds itself up amongst Taxi Driver and the like in this DeNiro fronted satirical dark comedy. Maybe a little slow to start, don’t give up on it, the stakes raise unexpectedly and demand your attention to fulfil all your Scorsese/DeNiro needs.
